The White Lotus (traditional Chinese: 白蓮教; simplified Chinese: 白莲教; pinyin: Báiliánjiào; Wade–Giles: Pai-lien chiao; lit. 'White Lotus Religion') is a syncretic religious and political movement which forecasts the imminent advent of the "King of Light" (明王), i.e., the future Buddha Maitreya. As White Lotus sects developed, they appealed to many Han Chinese who found solace in the worship of the Queen Mother of the West (or the "Birthless Old Mother" traditional Chinese: 無生老母; simplified Chinese: 无生老母).

Żary (German: Sorau, Lower Sorbian: Žarow) is a town in western Poland with 37,502 inhabitants (2019), situated in the Lubusz Voivodeship since 1999. It is the administrative seat of the Żary County and of the Gmina Żary within the county, though the town is not part of the gmina (commune). Żary is located in the east of the historic Lower Lusatia region, in the borderland with the Silesian lowlands and Greater Poland, roughly outlined by the Bóbr and Oder rivers. The city is one of the biggest economic and tourist centers in the southern Lubuskie region and the largest town in the Polish part of Lusatia, and is also referred as its unofficial capital. The city, whose history dates back more than 1000 years, features many historic sites.

"True liberation stems from within, a product of your own understanding. It's not an external force or a fortunate turn of events, but the clarity and comprehension that you cultivate within yourself. This understanding is not just intellectual; it's a deep, intuitive grasp of your own nature, your place in the world, and the truths that govern your life. The journey to this enlightenment is personal and unique. It involves peeling back the layers of beliefs and assumptions we've accumulated over time, to reveal a core of wisdom that's always been inside us. This process isn't always easy. It requires introspection, honesty, and often, the willingness to challenge long-held views. As you develop a deeper understanding, you'll find that the chains of external validation, societal pressures, and self-doubt begin to loosen. You no longer look outside for guidance; instead, you trust your inner compass. This shift in perspective is transformative. Situations that once seemed daunting are now navigable, not because they've changed, but because your understanding of them has. This self-generated freedom is empowering. It allows you to live authentically, make decisions aligned with your true self, and pursue your life's purpose with conviction. Remember, while the world around you can offer insights and guidance, it is your own understanding that ultimately sets you free. Embrace the journey of self-discovery. Nurture your mind, question, learn, and grow. As your understanding deepens, so will your sense of freedom. In this space of clarity and self-awareness, you'll find that the only permission you need to live your best life is your own."

"Life is an ever-changing river, and we are the travelers on its currents. Emotions, thoughts, relationships, and even the landscapes of our lives are in a constant state of flux. To find peace and navigate this journey, we must embrace the impermanence of it all. Emotions, like waves, rise and fall. Happiness, sadness, excitement, and fear—they all come and go. Instead of clinging to any one emotion, allow them to flow through you. Experience them fully in the present moment, knowing that they will eventually subside and make way for something new. Thoughts, too, are transient. Our minds are a constant stream of ideas and perceptions. Rather than attaching yourself to every thought that arises, practice mindfulness. Observe your thoughts without judgment and let them pass like clouds in the sky. People come into our lives, play their roles, and sometimes depart. Relationships can be beautiful and profound, but they, too, are subject to change. Instead of clinging to a person, cherish the moments you share and the lessons you learn. Allow the ebb and flow of connections to be a natural part of your journey. The scenery of our lives—the circumstances and environments we find ourselves in—is also impermanent. Change is a constant companion. Embrace the seasons of life, knowing that each one brings its own beauty and opportunities for growth. By not becoming attached to the temporary, you free yourself from suffering. You find a sense of liberation in the flow of life, where you can appreciate each moment for what it is. Let go of the need for permanence, and you will discover a deeper sense of peace and acceptance. So, flow with the ever-changing currents of life. Embrace the impermanence of emotions, thoughts, people, and scenery. In doing so, you'll find the beauty in the transience of it all and experience a profound sense of freedom and presence."
