Die Glocke des Lagers

"Greetings from the Lab where Dr. Olivier Alirol and myself are working on some cutting-edge technology. With our publication The Origin of Mass and the Nature of Gravity, it is now understood how the source field of all energy and force, the zero-point energy of the quantum vacuum, is "harnessed" by nature to give particles their mass and generate confinement forces and gravity. Now that this mechanism is understood, it can be engineered into technologies to harness the limitless clean energy of the quantum vacuum and generate limitless propulsion with gravity control. Stay tuned folks!"--Nassim Haramein  15.02.2024 https://www.instagram.com/nassim.haramein/

"I am tired." -> "Tiredness washes over me."
• "I am angry." -> "Anger simmers within me."
• "I am worried." -> "Anxiety clouds my mind."
• "I am lonely." -> "Loneliness lingers around me."
• "I am stressed." -> "Stress weighs heavily on me."

By shifting the focus from "I am" to the emotion itself, we create distance and acknowledge it as a passing state rather than a defining characteristic. This can have several positive implications:

• Reduced self-judgment: Separating ourselves from emotions allows for gentler self-compassion instead of internal criticism.
• Increased mindfulness: We become more aware of our emotional fluctuations without getting swept away by them.
• Empowerment: We recognise that emotions don't control us; we have the power to observe and navigate them.
• More nuanced expression: Describing the nature of the emotion (simmering, clouding, lingering) adds depth and accuracy.
• Promotes acceptance: By acknowledging emotions as temporary experiences, we make space for them without resistance.

Here are some additional tips:
• Focus on the present moment: Use verbs in the present tense to describe the current state of the emotion.
• Use sensory details: Describe the physical sensations associated with the emotion.
• Be specific: Instead of saying "I feel bad," identify the specific emotion you're experiencing (sadness, frustration, etc.).
• Own your emotions: Avoid phrases that disown your emotions, such as "I shouldn't feel this way."

By consciously shifting our language, we can cultivate a more mindful and compassionate relationship with ourselves and our emotions. Remember, the words we choose have the power to shape our reality, so use them wisely!
