Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat

Having all the skills in the world will not help you if you do not know how to use them wisely. Strategy is vital to your success, in any endeavor. You need to have a plan, whether it is for a personal battle or for your life in general. Without a sound strategy, you are just spinning the roulette wheel, hoping that the ball somehow lands on your number.

Plan your work and work your plan. It is important to hone your skills, but it is just as important to understand your strategy and have a plan to achieve your objective. Save the noise for after your victory, and develop strategy. Bohdi Sanders ~ Modern Bushido
